1 Introduction

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the cm8play platform. Creating multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of existing balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information provided at registration constitutes sufficient grounds for account closure without prior notice.

• Full name as shown on a valid identity card or passport.
• An active and accessible email address — used for verification and official communications.
• An active Malaysian phone number for account verification and security purposes.
• A strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and account password. CM8Play will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence in protecting your login credentials.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

CM8Play supports a variety of local payment methods suited for players in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no foreign currency conversion fees.

Supported deposit methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and Public Bank.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction.

5 Bonus & Promotions

• The outcome of all games is final and non-appealable unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical failure.

7 Player Conduct

8 Account Closure & Suspension

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (subject to fulfilled rollover requirements) will be processed for withdrawal within the stipulated timeframe.

• Accounts closed due to violations will not be reinstated.
